 As we get older our priorities change. Stronger at 60 prepares you by improving your mobility, flexibility, strength and recovery. This is a build and maintain, 60 day fitness programme for men and women who are 60 and over. Let me show you how to make fitness an enjoyable part of your life.  If you're like me, you've probably got an old injury or two that you have to take into consideration - that's no problem.  In my classes, safety comes first.  My oldest client is 96 and she wants to get stronger. If she can train with me, so can you!

You don't have to be fit before you start, that's why you're here.  Getting you fit is my job.  I'll assess your current fitness level and design a programme to suit you.

 

If you have any injuries, we will talk through them and take it from there. Your bespoke programme can be design around your injury. I work alongside some of the best physios and osteopaths in London so you know  you'll get the best support if needed.
