FIND YOUR STRENGTH AND KEEP IT
REHABILITATION
"It was fantastic working with Ron. He infused each session with enthusiasm, experience and wisdom. His work has definitely helped me successfully rehabilitate a serious hip injury. Using techniques I learned from him, I'm back to running pain-free and i'm breaking PBs. For the first time I can run half marathon distances and beyond"

personal training
"Ron is a fantastic trainer, his attention to detail is second to none. He makes every workout session with him very enjoyable with his upbeat personality. I have really felt a dramatic difference in fitness after just a few weeks of one on one workouts. I would recommend Ron to anybody looking to improve on fitness and technique."

group classes
"Doing a class or personal training with Ron is both challenging and fun. As a former athlete his understanding of how to motivate and quick grasp of what works well for different people sets him apart from other fitness trainers I have come across. Don't be scared, Ron has to be one of the kindest and least arrogant sportsmen/trainers I have met. You will not be shouted at, just encouraged."

bootcamps
"I have been training with Ron for almost a year and cannot recommend him highly enough! His classes are always tough, but he is consistently reassuring and gets me through the hardest moments. Ron has gotten to know me and my body and always tries to modify the workouts to suit my needs. The sessions are always engaging - Ron keeps them interesting by mixing things up."
