Winter Sports

Become a stronger, more confident and balanced skier.

Ski stronger is a 6 week 1-2-1 bespoke get fit programme for ski/snowboarder enthusiasts, preparing the body for the athletic demands of snow sports

Using a combination of resistance bands, gliders, free weights, kettlebells, RMT club and a few extra surprises, we will work in a personal training environment to get your body ski fit.  The focus will be on your core and lower body strength to give you the stamina needed for the slopes and to help minimise the chance of injury or learn how to ski with an old injury

 

You will receive a physiotherapist body movement analysis as part of this course to uncover any weaknesses or imbalances in the body which will form the basis of a personalised fitness program

Improve your strength, stamina, mobility, reaction speed, power, flexibility, agility and balance
